After taking over Alpine Bau CZ in July, PSJ Group has installed a new board of directors for the construction company. Alpine’s chief executive, Peter Russegger, was named chairman of the board. Other board members include Michal Kocián, chief executive at Alpine Bau CZ, FrantiÅ¡ek VaculÃk, general director at PSJ, Miroslav Horňák, economic director at PSJ, and Petr VondruÅ¡ka, director of the Morava region at PSJ. Jiřà Pech, head of development at PSJ, was named chairman of the supervisory board. The members of the board will now focus on securing orders for the company for 2015 and 2016.
In addition to Alpine Bau CZ, PSJ also took over the company’s Slovak branch Alpine Slovakia. It also acquired a share in the Ostrava-based Silasfalt, which produces asphalt mixtures,
