PSJ completed construction of Merkur I., an apartment building in Dresden. Investors associated in Baywobau CTR invested €10.5m into the project PSJ realized through its sister company PSJ Bau. Merkur I. marks PSJ’s return to the German market, which it left 24 years ago. The building offers 62 flats with balconies and terraces and a retail space on the ground floor, leased to Postbank. Baywobau sold the building to asset manager Patrizia Immobilien AG based in Munich. Jiří Boudník, CEO of PSJ Bau, indicated he would like to he build Merkur II.
