The Czech development and construction company PSJ is building a spa complex in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. Aquapark Gino Paradise will offer 12 pools covering 3,200 sqm as well as a wellness center, sport facilities, restaurants, a parking lot and 45,000 sqm of greenery. The project will cost €18.8m, financed through a loan from PPF Bank and Exportní a garanční společnost (EGAP). The Gino Paradise aquapark is scheduled to open in spring next year.
