PSJ completes 2nd project in the US

PSJ completed a high-end residential project in Washington, D.C. PSJ co-developed the building, located on Wisconsin Avenue in the capital’s Georgetown neighborhood. The cost of the development totaled $27.5m. PSJ holds a stake in the investor, SOCO Connect LLC. This is PSJ’s second project in the US. The apartment building offers 2,465 sqm of high-end apartments, with 207 sqm of retail space on the ground floor and underground parking. Construction started in May 2013. Miroslav Horňák, a member of the PSJ board, says that all the units have already been sold and will be handed over by the end of the year. Retail space has been leased.
