PSJ is one of the main construction suppliers of the Twin City mixed-use project, which HB Reavis is developing in Bratislava’s Mlýnské Nivy district. The project is a redevelopment of the former Kablo production plant. PSJ is supplying ferro concrete monolithic structures. PSJ will have a team of 200 working on the site for eight months. Construction on the first phase of the project – two office buildings in the southern part of the site between Karadžičova, Mlýnské Nivy and Továrenská streets – started in September. The buildings will offer 29,000 and 39,000 sqm of usable area, with retail space on the ground floor. Továrenská street will be turned into a city boulevard, offering exits to Twin City’s underground parking garages.
PSJ has worked with HB Reavis on numerous other projects, including Metronom Business Center in Prague-Nové Butovice and River Gardens in Prague-Karlín.
