PSN begins reconstruction of Myslbekova House with 13 units for sale

9 July 2024

PSN has launched the sale of flats in the Myslbekova project in the popular location of Prague 6. The five-storey chamber house will undergo reconstruction of the common areas and facade, where a total of 13 modern units will be built. The first apartments sold out almost immediately and now the second phase is on sale. New residents, who will be able to move in early next year, can look forward to a communal garden, terrace or games room.

The Myslbekova project includes 10 residential and 3 accommodation units with layouts from 1 + 1 to 3 + 1 and sizes from 24 to 124sqm. Each unit also has a basement. On the ground floor there will be a space for bicycles or prams and there will also be a common room where you can play table tennis. Panoramic views will provide future residents with a walking terrace. The house also includes a common garden for sitting and relaxation of the residents.

The sensitive renovation of the apartment building with five floors above ground and one underground floor will result in a new facade and its insulation, as well as the installation of designer lighting. Staircases, railings, mailboxes and apartment entrance doors (including original hardware) will also be renovated.

“The Myslbekova project offers a unique opportunity to acquire a new home at a lucrative address in close proximity to the historic centre of Prague. Modern and cosy units are located in a quiet street at the end of the park, with a beautiful view of, for example, Prague Castle, Petřín Hill or Černín Palace,” says Jaroslav Macháč, PSN’ s director of residential projects, adding: “In addition to its unique genius loci, the project offers a wide range of units for everyone – individuals, couples and larger families. The apartments are also attractive as an investment. Thanks to the complete reconstruction of the building, residents can count on minimal costs for future repairs.”

Myslbekova Street, on the border of the Prague districts of Hradčany and Břevnov, combines the advantages of city life with opportunities for active recreation in nature. With countless gardens and parks, it is a great place for relaxation, walks or sports activities. Right next door, for example, is the Max van der Stoel Park, where children can enjoy a local playground full of fun elements. The Lobkowicz or Czernin Gardens are also within easy reach. History buffs will also appreciate the location, visiting Prague Castle, Neruda Street or the picturesque New World with its winding streets and characterful houses.

Of course, there are great amenities: top gastronomy, various sports opportunities (e.g. Petynka swimming pool), cultural experiences (e.g. in the local cinema) and a whole range of educational institutions – from kindergarten to the prestigious gymnasium. The location stands out for its excellent transport accessibility, which includes a seamless connection to the city ring road and nearby tram lines.
