The Vinton Development has bought a 9,000 sqm office building in the Chodov neighborhood in Prague 4 for CZK 240m in a deal brokered by JLL. The vendor was PSN. The building offers a flexible working environment and strong connections to the city’s public transportation system. The acquisition includes a a 25,000 sqm plot of land that currently offers 80 parking places. “We’re happy with the successful sale of the Roztylska building after nine months of intense negotiations,” said Pavol Bak, who leads JLL’s Small & Medium Investment department. “The vendor used the situation on the market and drew from its considerable experience to revitalize the building and manage it successfully. The buyer has gained an opportunity to concentrate on another building that fits in with its long-term strategy.”
