Panevezys Building Trust (PST) signed a contract with the Viciunai Group to build a Hilton Doubletree hotel in Vilnius. To go up on Rinktines street, the hotel will include 174 rooms as well as conference and spa facilities. The contract also includes the construction of an exhibition hall for the Lithuanian Energy and Technology Museum. The cost of the investment is reportedly around €30m. Both the hotel and exhibition hall are set for completion by the end of 2020. This is the second Hilton Hotel to be build in the city in recent years. The Garden Inn is due to open next spring on Gediminas avenue.
