The long-term leader of Skanska Reality Naděžda Ptáčková has left the company in a surprise move. The server e15 broke the news, writing that the an agreement had been reached between Ptáčková and the company’s owners. She told e15 that she had been considering the move for some time and rejected the paper’s accusations that certain land deals with questionable market players had brought about her resignation. Skanska Reality is a Czech division of the Swedish corporation Skanska. Along with the construction company, the other division of the company active in the Czech Republic is Skanska Property.
