German fish processing company PTC is planning to relocate its production operations to Serbia from Vietnam and China next year. PTC leased a 3,000 sqm production hall in Smederevo and signed a memorandum of understanding with the Serbian government and Smederevo representatives. The municipality agreed to build 500 sqm of cold storage space for the company by the end of December.
PTC supplies several big retail and wholesale chains across Europe.
