Skanska has concluded a deal with the Czech restaurant franchiser The PUB Pilsner Unique Bar which will see the openig of PUB Praha 4 restaurant in the developer’s Parkview office project. The new restaurant will open in the second quarter of 2020 to employees working in the new building and to the public. The Pilsen Urquell tank beer will be offered both on tap as well as at self-service beer taps with touch terminals that will also enable electronic ordering of meals, drinks and music. The restaurant’s interior design was handled by SOA architects, featuring a partially-open kitchen and four beer tanks with capacity of up to 4,000 pints.
