Echo Investment intends to launch on Wednesday, April 27 this year, a public offering of series M bonds in the amount of up to PLN 40 million under the 4th bond issue program up to the amount of PLN 300 million or its equivalent in EUR, covered by the prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the company said.
Subscriptions for the bonds will be accepted from April 27 to May 11 this year, and the expected allocation date is May 12, as stated in the final terms of the series M bonds.
Echo Investment is a Polish developer that carries out investments in three sectors of the real estate market: residential, commercial and office. The company has been listed on the WSE since 1996. In 2021, it had PLN 1.53 billion of consolidated revenues.
