In the biggest lease transaction on Warsaw’s office market this year, the French advertising giant Publicis Groupe will extend its 1,400 sqm lease in Platinium Business Park by 1,600 sqm. The agreements signed with Publicis’ eight subsidies were signed on a long-term basis. Savills represented the tenant, while White Star acted on behalf the landlord, Allianz Real Estate.
Meike Feistkorn, asset manager at Allianz Germany GmbH, said the transaction shows how long-term infrastructure investments making is allowing the Mokotów district to maintain its position as a key destination for business within Warsaw.
