Publity AG has acquired a 80,255 sqm office and production building in Paderborn. The property was built in the 1970s by the German company Heinz Nixdorf and is a part of a five-building complex, offering 274,000 sqm of usable space. The purchase price was not disclosed. Tenants include Wincor Nixdorf, Siemens, Degussa and AOK. CMS Hasche Sigle provided legal advice during the transaction, while NAI Apollo Group brokered the deal.
