Leipzig-based property firm Publity has bought the Wappenhalle business centre in Munich from SynergyOnline for an undisclosed amount. The complex comprises a total rental area of 37,800 sqm. It was refurbished and expanded by nine interconnected buildings in 2002. The tenants include Sony Ericsson, Secunet, and Symantec. Publity will be working to reduce the current vacancy rate of 9 through active management. Publity was advised by CMS Hasche Sigle.
