Publity AG acquired the Deelbógenkamp 4 office complex in Hamburg’s Alsterdorf district from Commerz Real. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Completed in 1995, the property offers 28,000 sqm of leasable space as well as 550 underground parking spots. The investment is fully leased to companies mainly from IT and insurance sectors. The main tenant is the German insurance company VBG.
