A 104-acre tract of land has been scooped up in Wesley Chapel by Pulte Group’s west Florida division for an undisclosed price. Located on the south side of Wells Road, just east of Boyette, the home builder plans to use the site for a new Centex community, called Wesbridge. Plans call for 350 single-family homes priced around $200,000, featuring three different home series on 40, 50 and 60-foot wide home sites. Common amenities in the community will include a resort-style pool as well as a splash playground, tot lot and dog park. The community’s projected revenues are expected to exceed $100m.
“This is an assemblage of four different pieces of property in a prime location,” said Sean Strickler, Pulte’s division president for west Florida “This community, which is located in a growing submarket, has convenient access to all the major roadways and is less than one mile away from the gorgeous Wesley Chapel District Park.”
