Pure Ice has leased 3,500 sqm at MLP Pruszkow II. The distributor of food-grade ice cubes will use 3,300 sqm for warehousing and manufacturing purposes and the remaining 250 sqm for office space and staff amenities. The project is scheduled to start in the first half of December, with the handover scheduled for June 2021. The warehouse will be tailored to the individual needs of the tenant in line with MLP Group’s standard practice. MLP Pruszkow II is located in the municipality of Brwinow near Warsaw, 5 km from Pruszkow. With a target leasable space of about 309,000 sqm (of which nearly 200,000 sqm has already been completed), it will be the region’s largest logistics complex.
