PwC has expanded its lease in Skanska’s Silesia Business Park in Katowice by 2,000 sqm. The company said its team is to grow by 300 new employees. The transaction pushed vacancy in the complex down to zero percent. Skanska is already underway with the third phase of the project which is due for completion by the end of the year. PwC has been operating its Service Delivery Center in Katowice for the last seven years, providing financial, tax audits, as well and back office services. The company moved into Silesia Business Park in 2014.
