PwC extends lease at Katowice Business Point

PwC has extended its 510 sqm lease at Katowice Business Point. Located in Katowice’s city center, next to the city’s biggest retail mall, Silesia City Center, the 11-storey office building offers 17,000 sqm of commercial space. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord. PwC’s Warsaw office employs 200 people, but the company has spread to Poland’s regional cities, including Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań and Wrocław. The Katowice office opened ten years ago, while its shared service center was launched in 2009.
