The consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) signed a contract at the end of last year to lease 16,000 sqm at Alsterufer 1-3 in Hamburg. The project is currently under development by Gator. PwC is relocating from New York Ring 13, which Deka Immobilien recently sold to Edeka. PwC occupied 14,300 sqm in the project. The consulting firm will move into its new headquarters next year.
