PwC Slovakia, a part of the global network of consultancies, has signed a lease at the Twin City office complex, under development by HB Reavis in Bratislava. The company will occupy 4,500 sqm in Twin City A and plans to relocate in November.
Juraj TuÄnĆ½, a partner at PwC, said Twin City meets the companyās needs. The project offers good transport access, modern technologies and is in close proximity to the city center.
Twin City A is the first completed building in the complex, which will be built in 12 phases, stretching between MlĆ½nske Nivy, KoÅ”ickĆ”, Chalupkova, TovĆ”renskĆ” and KaradžiÄova streets. The first phase will consist of three buildings, adding 65,000 sqm of modern office space to the Bratislava property market. Retail, services and restaurants will lease the space on the ground floor. HB Reavis is hoping to secure a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
