Pyszne.pl has a new headquarters is located in the modern, ecological office building – MidPoint71 in Wrocław. The service center occupies 3,500 sqm in the building (plus two terraces with a total area of 600 sqm).
“At our headquarters in Wrocław, we already employ about 350 people. This is where we support restaurant partners and ensure the satisfaction of our customers. The dynamic development of the company meant that we needed a new office – it was designed primarily with the comfort and well-being of employees in mind. I am glad that we have managed to create a space that will not only provide comfortable working conditions, but also allow our teams to find inspiration in everyday challenges,” said Arkadiusz Krupicz, co-founder and managing director of Pyszne.pl.
“The arrangement of the functional plan of the office was preceded by a series of surveys and interviews with employees, managers and the company’s management. Employees also participated in the design process through a competition for the concept of arranging terraces. – From the very beginning, the new office was to meet the needs of our employees and the changes taking place in the company. That is why we decided to involve our team in the process of designing the new headquarters,” explains Rafał Rumianowski, Facility Manager Pyszne.pl.
The company also decided to implement many interesting utility solutions. In the new headquarters, employees have, for example, electrically adjustable desks that allow them to connect with the application on the phone and save individual preferences of the user. Regardless of which workplace the employee chooses on a given day, it will adapt to his individual needs.
The new Pyszne.pl house is also a modern space where employees can feel at ease. They are waiting for them, among others a slide, which is also used to move between floors, a ping pong table, billiards or mini golf. You can also breathe after work by playing giant chess, board games and PlayStation, or stacking LEGO bricks. There is a barbecue on one of the terraces.
MidPoint71 is a modern, eco-friendly A-class office building with BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level. The Pyszne.pl office itself is also full of greenery. Some of the walls and panels under the ceiling are covered with moss, and the utility spaces are decorated with numerous flower pots.
The architectural office Trzop Architekci is responsible for the design of the headquarters. The furniture and interior design were prepared by the HOOF company. WalterHerz assisted in finding the facility and negotiating the contract. Fit-out and coordination of the work was carried out by RESCO. Space Wizard was responsible for wayfinding and detailing. The quality of performed works was supervised by B4PM.
