Polandās top insurer PZU took 18,000 sqm of office space at Konstruktorska
Business Center in Warsaw. The company will open offices on three floors of the seven-story Sirius building in May. The tenant mix at Konstruktorska Business Center includes Paymax and 1 Minute. The project is fully commercialized.
āWe have been operating in Warsawās SÅużewiec district since 2010, so it is important for us to stay in the area,ā said Katarzyna Majewska, head of the administration and logistics department at PZU. Sylwia Piechnik, senior leasing manager at HB Reavis, adds that big corporations like PZU are looking for most efficient space. Konstruktorska Business Center offers 48,000 sqm of commercial space, with 7,000 sqm of office space on each building floor. The scheme also has more than 1,000 parking places.
