Quabit Inmobiliaria is planning to invest €14m in its new housing development in Guadalajara, Spain. The company will build 116 social housing flats which will be partly financed by CaixaBank. The homes will have between two and four bedrooms and will be surrounded by greenery, a swimming pool and a children’s playground. Completion is schedule for the first quarter of 2018. Quabit is planning to build more than 3,000 new homes before the end of 2020 and expects to generate a turnover of €950m.
