CPI Property Group’s mixed-use complex Quadrio on top of the metro station Národní in Prague 1 has received its occupation permit. Development director Igor Klajmon says that project’s retail component will open on October 31 and that tenants will start moving into the office portion at the beginning of 2015.
The CZK 3bn project offers 16,400 sqm of office, 8,500 sqm of retail, 19 high-end apartments and underground parking for 250 cars. Klajmon says that 98 percent of the retail space has been leased and that just two flats are left to be sold. In the office portion, only the two top floors of six are still vacant. CPI Property Group has taken one floor as its new headquarters.
