The real estate developer QUALIS, which is developing two residential projects in Brașov, is expanding its portfolio on a new niche. The project represents a logistics park that includes multiple elements of sustainability. The MODULIS logistics park comes with a unique concept, with 10 modular halls that are easy to compartmentalize, depending on the particularities of each business.
The investment in the MODULIS project amounts to EUR 10 million, and will be developed on a land of 45,675 sqm and will have a leasable area of 19,880 sqm.
The works will start in September, the 10 halls having a final delivery time of approximately 12 months.
