Qualitance has expanded its office lease in Opera Center. The new 600 sqm space is located on the 7th floor of the building Opera Center I, adding to the 550 sqm space the company already rents in Opera Center II. Qualitance also extended their initial contract until 2023. DTZ Echinox brokered the deal.
Qualitance provides consulting services in the development, testing and maintenance of software solutions. The company has offices in Romania (Bucharest) and the USA (Silicon Valley and New York).
Opera Center office project comprising two buildings – Opera Center I in total lettable area of 11,870 sqm and Opera Center II in total lettable area of 3484 sqm – and is owned by Austrian investment fund CA Immo.
