Quantum acquires MIK in Düsseldorf for Korean investors club

Quantum Gruppe has acquired the MIK office complex in Düsseldorf for a Korean investors club under the leadership of Capstone Asset Management. The purchase price was not disclosed. Quantum initiated, structured and executed the acquisition for Capstone. MIK consists of six buildings and was built between 1954 and 1977. The property was expanded between 1995 and 1997. In 2014, approximately 53,000 sqm of the complex was renovated for a new tenant, Land Nordrhein-Westfalen. The property is now used by the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia. Quantum will oversee asset management for the office complex.
