Quantum Immobilien Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft has acquired a mixed-use project located at Olga-Areal in Stuttgart. The project was acquired on behalf of Quantum’s special fund. The seller was Mörk Immobilien. The purchase price was not disclosed. The residential and commercial project will be developed on a 2,200 sqm plot. The six-story building will offer 2,800 sqm of residential space in 36 units. The project will also include 2,050 sqm of commercial space and 109 underground parking spots.
