Quantum Immobilien Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH has acquired the multi-tenant office property Technopark II in Grasbrunn, close to Munich, from Württembergische Lebensversicherungs AG. The purchase price was not disclosed. Grasbrunn is an established office location, home to companies like Bosch. Technopark II offers 17,700 sqm of space and 375 parking spots. Main tenants include LEGO GmbH.
