Quehenberger Logistics signed a lease on 19,450 sqm of space in two buildings at CTPark Bucharest West. The company will move into its space at BUW 7 in February. Its space at BUW 8 won’t be ready until mid-October. CTPark Bucharest West is now fully leased.
“Quehenberger is a traditional partner of CTP in the Czech Republic, and CTP is pleased to expand this partnership in Romania,” says Remon Vos, CEO of CTP. He says that CTP’s interesting in expansion in Romania is growing as demand from its clients for space in the country grow.
