Questar building luxury residential tower in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor

18 March 2016

Questar Properties is set to start construction of a 44-story tower in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor that used to house the McCormick spice food headquarters. The $160 million mixed use building, called 414 Light St., will house 394 ultra-luxury apartments and stores. McCormick’s headquarters were demolished in the 1980’s and the land has been used since then as a parking lot. Questar bought the site for $11.5 million at auction in 2011. It intends to have the project completed by March 2018.
