Quirón Salud is considering opening a hospital at Fifth Tower, a skyscraper that Villar Mir is planning to develop at the northern end of the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid. The 67,000 sqm plot has space for a 70,000 sqm building, of which 52,500 sqm must be allocated to social use. Villar Mir is hoping the building will house a private health center.
