R.J. Kelly Company secured a $28.77m loan for a pair of office building in Burlington, Massachusetts. Totaling 154,378 sq ft, the properties are currently fully leased. The 58,160 sq ft building at 10 Mall Road is leased to four tenants, while the 96,218 sq ft building at 20 Mall Road is leased to approximately 20 tenants. Amenities include fitness centers, locker rooms, showers, restaurants, conference facilities and parking. JLL worked on behalf of the borrower to secure a 10-year, fixed-rate instrument with Peoples United Bank.
