Panattoni Europe, the leader in Poland’s warehouse space market, announces that it has renewed a lease contract in Greater Poland. A current customer, Raben Polska, is staying on more than 26,600 sqm of modern warehouse space. The transaction was mediated by the real estate agency Colliers International.
The park is a 26,600-square-metre distribution centre, located 16km from the Poznań city centre. The building is equipped with 35 receiving docks, parking spaces for 40 trucks and 60 cars. It is located along the S11 national expressway, 2.5 km in a straight line from the intersection of the roads A2, E30, S11.
