Bucharest, September 7th, 2015 – RABO Academy, the first international educational program addressed to the Facility Management professionals in Romania, will organize, together with the most prestigious organization in the field at European level, the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), a training programme about professional manner of conducting costumer service in Facilities Management.
The event will take place on Thursday, September 17th, 2015, between 09:00-17:00, within the West Gate Business District, building B1, ground floor. The training program will benefit from simultaneous translation from English into Romanian.
RABO Academy is an initiative of the Romanian Association of Building Owners (RABO) which was launched in Brussels, in April 2011, by Liviu Tudor, the largest Romanian owner of office buildings. The RABO objective is to provide a range of educational programs intended for professionals working in the real estate industry.
The Academy aims to enhancing professional standards of quality within the real estate industry. “Educational projects, aimed at our formation as professionals, must always have priority in our personal and professional agenda. The purpose of the training session is to provide those working within the facilities management industry with an understanding of the importance and benefits of delivering good Customer Service, and to learn the skills needed to exceed their customers’ expectations.
The course will be held by Beth Goodyear, one of the most appreciated British specialist in Facilities Management, benefitting from over 12 years experience. Mrs. Goodyear is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) and an expert specialized in Facilities Management.
A few of the topics covered by the training are:
– The level of service expected from your different customer groups and the value of meeting that expectation;
– How to align your FM Service to changing priorities between different organizational functions and within different organizations;
– The importance of communication methods and techniques to facilitate positive customer relationships and ways to deal with conflict within customer relationships.
