Rădăcini Estate recently started the construction of the 303 unit Rădăcini residential project, on a 6,000 sqm plot of land in the Sisești area of Bucharest. The investment in the project is about EUR 15 million. The project has 74 housing units: studios, apartments with two or three rooms and four duplexes, but also 94 parking spaces.
Rădăcini Estate representatives expect to sell 30 percent of the homes by the end of this year, and the goal is to sell all the homes in the project by November 2022, when it will be put into use. This is the second large-scale project of Rădăcini Estate, after Aviation Tower, an investment of EUR 50 million.
