The RADCO Cos. have purchased a multifamily asset in the Orlando submarket of Casselberry in a transaction valued at $36 million transaction. The 336 unit property, Reflections Apartments, will be rebranded as the Radius Winter Park and will be managed by RADCO Residential. Resting on a 18.5 acre site, the 16 two and three story buildings features common amenities including a fitness center with complimentary classes with outdoor CrossFit-style equipment, a fire pit/grilling area and a concierge system. The new owner is planning $5 million in capital improvements to modernize the community. The deal was financed with private capital and a loan provided by BBVA Compass.
