Atlanta-based RADCO has acquired the Lakes of Palm Harbor apartment complex in Palm Harbor for $33.5 million. Originally developed in 1984, the 292 unit property is located on Country Place Lane and traded for $114,726 per unit. ARA, A Newmark Company, represented the seller Robbins Property Associates. The deal marks the third multi-family property Radco has purchased in the greater Tampa area in the last ten months.
