After 34 months of work, Radisson Blu Aurum will open its doors in Brașov on October 16. The hotel in the center of Brașov will have 110 rooms, an event hall with a capacity of 150 people, a restaurant with a terrace, a skybar, swimming pool, SPA, charging stations for electric vehicles and monitored parking.
The investment amounts to EUR 16.3 million, although it was initially estimated at EUR 13.6 million. The difference comes from increased costs in both the building materials and labor segments. The investment was financed through Exim Bank by RaRa Group, owners and developers of the hotel.
