The Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest will be expanded by the construction of over 200 new rooms, located in completely renovated buildings. Investment of EUR 24 million will be for the newly built rooms, for the redevelopment of the lobby and the interior garden.
The total number of rooms and apartments of the Radisson Blu hotel will be 623. Among the facilities are 4 restaurants, 3 bars, a conference center of 1.500 square meters, a spa, a health center, an outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, jogging track, casino and shops.
Radisson Blu was owned by Elbit Imaging. In 2017, it was bought by Revetas Capital and Cerberus investment funds for EUR 170 million.
