Sheraton Prague Charles Square Hotel has been renovated and rebranded as Radisson Blu. Housed in a 19th-century Art Nouveau building, the luxury hotel features 160 guest rooms as well as eight meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 150 people. The chain formerly operated the Radisson Blu Alcron off of Prague’s Wenceslas Square, which was recently taken over by Almanac Hotels. Radisson Blu’s new location will also include a restaurant, bar and rooftop terrace.
“We’re excited to open this historic hotel in a prime location. It is our first leased property in Southeastern Europe and represents our confidence in the market,” said Yilmaz Yildirimlar, vice president for Central and Southern Europe for the Radisson Hotel Group. “We see the Radisson Blu Hotel Prague as the perfect business hub and a superb venue for the conferences, meetings and events sector. The hotel will complement our Park Inn Hotel Prague, and we’re proud of our well-positioned footprint in one of Europe’s most exciting cities.”
