The Rezidor Hotel Group will add the 230-room Radisson Blu Hotel Sopot to its Polish portfolio. The hotel is going up in the heart of the Tricity area and will feature an all-day restaurant, a lobby bar, more than 900 sqm of conference and meeting areas. The scheme also includes parking as well as a 900 sqm spa wellness area with a gym and indoor pool. Radisson Blu Hotel Sopot is being developed with Grupa Inwestycyjna Hossa S.A. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2019. Rezidor has four resorts and 13 properties in Poland, including Radisson Blu Hotel Sopot.
