Raia Properties Corp., based in Ramsey, N.J, has acquired a newly completed apartment complex near the University of Central Florida for $52 million. The property, EOS Apartments, is located in east Orlando at 2221 E. Colonial Drive. Trading for $175,675 per unit, the community rests on a 12.5 acre site and was developed by Catalyst Development Partners and Bluerock Residential Growth REIT Inc. The property was at 92 percent occupancy, which began in April 2015, at the time of the sale. Fogelman Management Group will take over property management from Greystar Real Estate Partners.
