Raiffeisen will finance a planned BTS office building being developed by Futureal. The property is located on Corvin Promenade and will offer 25,000 sqm GLA. This will be the fourth office building in Futureal’s 500,000 sqm Corvin Promenade mixed use scheme and will be home to the new offices and R&D center of Nokia Networks. Construction started in the beginning of the year with completion set for the end of 2016.
