Raiffeisen Bank has extended its lease at Akadémia Bank Center in Budapest. This is the Austrian bank’s fourth lease renewal at the center. Cushman & Wakefield, the property’s exclusive leasing agent, handled the deal. Martin Melkowitsch, head of Raiffeisen Bank, said the company had considered other office spaces around the Hungarian capital. The 13,200 sqm Akadémia Bank Center was built in 2000.
