Raiffeisen investiční společnost has acquired two industrial assets in u Nýřan na Plzeňsku, adding CZK 600m to the value of the company’s property portfolio. One of the assets is an existing building that’s leased by Maurice Ward and by IAC, while the second one is due for completion by the end of the year. Filtration Group and Group Plastivaloire have reserved the space in this second building, which was sold in a deal brokered by CBRE. “It’s a premium product with high quality, international tenants,” said Vit Svoboda, real estate portfolio manager at Raiffeisen investiční společnost. “The transaction’s size, use and location match the strategy set up by the fund which enables the diversification of assets within the fund.” The CZK 1.6bn fund, which is open to new investors until June 24, also owns Galerie Pisek and the retail complex H-Park in Brno.
