In what is considered the largest office deal on the Polish market this year, Raiffeisen Polbank signed a lease on 19,500 sqm at Prime Corporate Center, currently under development by Golub GetHouse on Grzybowska street in Warsaw. The bank also leased additional retail-services space and will move into the building at the beginning of 2016. Prime Corporate Center will offer 21,000 sqm of modern office space over 23 floors. The scheme is in line with BREEAM certification standards.
