The Berlin-based property manager Tattersall·Lorenz has opened a branch in Leopoldstrasse 256 in Munich. The move gives the company a direct local presence in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich and Stuttgart. Susanne Tattersall, director of Tattersall·Lorenz, said the company had found it expedient to open the new office in reaction to a rising volume of instructions across Bavaria. “The number of properties we manage there has risen from 23 to 55 in only one year,” she said, adding that that Ralf Englesen would be managing the new branch. Engelsen joins Tattersall·Lorenz from DIM Value GmbH, where he was head of the Munich and Frankfurt offices. Previous positions include work at Patrizia Deutschland GmbH, where he was Head of Property Management at the Munich office, and RGM Gebäudemanagement, for which he managed the Munich, Stuttgart and Berlin offices. Tattersall·Lorenz currently manages 468 properties across Germany, with a total lettable area of 4.2 sqm including office and retail properties, as well as hotels, logistics and light industrial investments.
